And helping them is NBC Youth Correspondent Luke Russert...the son of the late NBC political journalist Tim Russert. He moderated "Meet the Press" for more than 16 years.
Since August....22-year-old Russert and a cameraman have traveled the country chronically the Presidential and Vice Presidential campaigns through the eyes of young voters.
Last night Russsert visited Wake Forest University and watched the second Presidential debate with communication and debate students.

Democratic Presidential candidate Barack Obama comes to GSODemocratic Presidential candidate Senator Barack Obama and running mate Senator Joe Biden continue campaigning in key states this week--as they push toward the general elections on November 4th.
This weekend, they led a rally in the Triad promising to turn North Carolina a traditionally red state...blue.
WFDD's Julie Goyette was there and has more.
Republicans have won the state of North Carolina in each of the past seven Presidential elections. GOP candidate John McCain last visited our state in May during the primary season.
His running mate Alaska Governor Sarah Palin hasn't yet been to North Carolina.

Future NC voters speak outThis weekend, Democratic Presidential candidate Barack Obama and running mate Senator Joe Biden led a rally at Greensboro's Depot on Washington Street. WFDD'S Kathryn Mobley was there. She met some voters-in-training and heard their concerns. The first individual has several health problems but was determined to get a close up look at the Democratic candidates. Greensboro police estimate twenty thousand people attended Saturday's outdoor rally at the Depot.

FC 5th District Candidate Debate
North Carolina democratic candidates Roy Carter and Diane Hamby both want the fifth district seat in the U.S. Congress. And after their first debate...WFDD's Kathryn Mobley says spotting a clear winner is difficult.
Carter and Hamby will debate again Monday, April 28 at Appalachian State University. The school's College Democrats will sponsor the event.
