Earlier this month, McDonald’s rolled out a limited all-day breakfast menu at its national stores. But a survey of franchise owners around the country revealed they’re not very happy with the launch.

Serving all-day breakfast slows down service, brings in less money and is causing chaos in the kitchen, according to one franchisee. But McDonald’s is calling the all-day breakfast rollout a success.

Sam Oches, editor of QSR, which covers the quick service and casual restaurant industry, joins Here & Now’s Jeremy Hobson to discuss whether an all-day breakfast menu will ultimately help McDonald’s revive business.
