The Piedmont Craftsmen's Annual Crafts Fair begins this weekend. It's a showcase for Piedmont Craftsmen Exhibiting Members and Craft Artists in the process of applying for membership.

The Piedmont Craftsmen's annual Crafts Fair begins Friday, November 21 with a Members Only Preview Night and continues  Saturday, from 10 am – 6 pm and Sunday from Noon – 5 pm in the M.C. Benton Convention Center in downtown Winston-Salem.

Among the exhibiting artists this year will be Betti Pettinati-Longinotti who works in drawing, painting and glass. She was joined in studio by Fair Manager and Membership Coordinator Deb Britton and bird carver Jim Carpenter.

The three discuss materials that naturally lend themselves to the art-making process, translating a painting into stained glass, and what you can expect at this year's Fair which features 120 artists.
