Today on the show, you can listen to Shanendoah performed by London Symphony violinist Nigel Broadbent.

He's being accompanied by a music notation and performance software program called Notion, and it was developed by Greensboro-based composer, educator, and inventor Jack Jarrett. Both artists spoke with David Ford about their groundbreaking software.

You can find more information about Jack's Greensboro-based company and the most recent evolution of their award winning composition software like Notion for iPad, their guitar tab editor program Progression Version 2.0, here.
