For Chad Morris, blending tea is an art. 

When Morris began his tea company Chad's Chai, just over nine years ago, the key ingredients for that new entrepreneurial blend were creativity, special occasions, and at the center of it all - camaraderie.
 
What began as an experiment in weekly pots of chai shared over front porch conversations evolved into standardized recipes and today, many blends later, Chad's teas are sold in over 50 coffee shops and restaurants.
At the core of Chad's philosophy? He highlights the tea leaves at the center of a blend and adds flavors to complement but not overpower the central flavor and character.

You can meet Chad and find out more about his teas at the Cobblestone Farmer's Market. Chad and company are there every Saturday morning this market season from 9am to 12pm. You can also check out a Tea Tasting and Chocolate Pairing event this evening from 8 to 9pm.
