In 2011, 88.5 WFDD launched a series of Community Conversations in keeping with our mission to enrich the lives of our listeners by producing and distributing programs and services that inform, inspire, and entertain.
Community Conversations are productions of 88.5 WFDD held in a town hall-type forum that explores topics of interest and impact in our community. "Part of WFDD's mission is to provide a trusted space for civil discourse - to bring the hallmarks of public radio into the community, allowing for meaningful conversations that can lead to deeper insight into challenging issues," notes WFDD general manager, Denise Franklin.
