More industrial jobs are coming to the Piedmont.

North Carolina's November 2013 unemployment rate ranks it 35th in the nation. It is now 7.45. According to Business Journal contributing writer Justin Catanoso, this is a drop from the October 2013 rate of 8.0%. He explains to WFDD's Kathryn Mobley a few factors contributing to this change.
