The Andy Taylor Style of Conflict Resolution

As long as there are people in this world, there will be conflicts. So one Triad man recommends people take a page out of Andy Taylor's book of conflict resolution.

Most of us dread being in conflict with others. However, guest commentator Michael Wells believes it is possible to quickly diffuse them. In this segment of WFDD's Real People Real Stories, he explains how one very popular North Carolina actor seemed to easily manage conflicts while still respecting others and encouraging smiles. Wells is a senior partner at a Winston-Salem law firm and was just name president of the North Carolina Bar Association.

Michael Wells believes the character Andy Taylor is a good example of how to resolve conflicts so everyone 'feels' good about it.
