WFDD's Real People Real Stories guest commentator Mike Wells says one of the key skills to professional and personally success is something most people don't do well.
Many people find it difficult to apologize when they are in the wrong. Wells says he knows this first hand. Wells is a senior partner at a Winston-Salem law firm and was just name president of the North Carolina Bar Association.
