Wayne Gerber and Dusty Staub are organizational consultants who work with corporations and organizations to identify their true purpose and to find ways to operate within that ideal.  They recently published a book, titled Dynamic Focus – Creating Significance and Breaking the Spells of Limitation.  Based on real-world examples and lessons they've learned while running workshops and working individually with leaders, the book guides readers through identifying their often self-imposed limitations, and offers practical tools for staying true to one's purpose.

While Gerber and Staub were discussing the book with WFDD's Audrey Fannin, they also considered applying dynamic focus in Congress.  You can hear that discussion below.

Staub and Gerber's leadership training programs often transcend the workplace. You can hear the rest of their discussion here, as they explain the dynamic focus process and how to apply it in daily life as well as at work.
