So many North Carolina families are searching for funds to help them pay for their child's education.

Under the leadership of Governor Pat McCrory, a string of new laws have gone into effect in North Carolina. One creates Opportunity Scholarships, giving students more access to non-public schools. Business Journal contributing writer Justin Catanoso explains the change.
