--Guilford Technical Community College -- will open today at 10:00 AM

--Guilford County Schools- closed

--North Carolina A&T State University will open today at 10:00 AM

-- Rockingham County Schools - closed; employees follow plan D

-- Stokes County Schools - closed (updated at 4:00 AM)

--University of North Carolina Greensboro (UNCG) will open today at 10:00 AM

-- Watauga County Schools - closed for both students and teachers.
