November is national Lung Cancer awareness month. On today's Real People, Real Stories--Guest Commentator Dusty Donaldson clears up a common misnomer about Lung Cancer that actually gives some patients relief.

Dusty Donaldson is a three year survivor of Lung Cancer and actively shares her story in the Triad. She's also chairs the Education and Outreach Arm of the North Carolina Lung Cancer Partnership nationallungcancerpartnership.

November 15...the Triad Free to Breathe will host a 5K Run, Walk and Rally to benefit national Lung Cancer research freetobreathe.

And Dusty plans to run.
