Twin City Stage Presents "The Outsiders" as Part of Youth Production Series

Twin City Stage’s Youth Production Series is back with The Outsiders by Susan Eloise Hinton. The Youth Production Series aims to develop young, motivated theatre enthusiasts with storylines that interest them. Director Cheri Van Loon says The Outsiders, written when S.E. Hinton was just 16 years old says the powerful play about rival gangs in 1960s Oklahoma hits the mark. Actor Stephen Howard agrees.

Book News: China Said To Blacklist Authors In Response To Hong Kong Unrest

In This 'Alphabet,' 'O' Is For Helpful Owl And 'C' Is For Escapist Cup

Kids love a good alphabet book. But what if each letter had not just a word and a picture, but a whole story? So, instead of "'C' is for 'cat,' " you'd get this:

Cup lived in the cupboard.
It was dark and cold in there
when the door was closed.

He dreamed of living over
by the window where he'd
have a clear view.

One afternoon, he decided
