High-tech Workers Are Target of Triad's Talent War

  In practices reminiscent of the late-'90's dot-com bubble, high-tech workers are being poached by competing employers. Sign-on and referral bonuses, other financial and intangible incentives are once again in use in the aerospace, logistics and computer technology support industries.
