New Apartments Planned for Winston-Salem

Apartment development has been on the rise since the housing market disintegrated during the recession. Downtown Winston-Salem has had a number of new apartment complexes open up recently, and on this week's Business Report, Catherine Carlock, a reporter with The Business Journal, discusses plans for renovating five R.J. Reynolds buildings into new housing.
