School Delays and Closings, Tuesday January 28

--Alamance/Burlington Schools will dismiss 3 hours early

--Davidson County Schools will dismiss early. For the Davidson County dismissal schedule, click here.

--Davie County Schools will dismiss today at 12:30 for all students and staff. All evening activities for students and staff have been canceled.

--Elkin City Schools will dismiss early today, at 11:00 AM for the Elementary School, and at 11:30 for Middle School and High School

--Forsyth Country Day School will dismiss today at 12:45 PM

--Forsyth Technical Community College closing today at 3:00 p.m., no evening classes. 

-- Galax City Schools are now CLOSED for today, Tuesday January 28.

--Greensboro Day School closing today at 3:00 p.m., no evening sports and activities.  

--Guilford Technical Community College closing at 4:00 p.m., no evening classes.

-- Guilford County Schools will be dismissing students two hours early today. Families should refer to their school's closing bell time to determine the exact time their child's school will dismiss.

--High Point University Norcross Graduate School closing today for all evening classes. 

--Our Lady of Mercy in Winston-Salem, will close at 1:00 PM.  No after-school  care will be available.

--Old Salem Museum and Gardens will close at 3 p.m.

--North Carolina AT&T State University closing today at 3:00 p.m., no evening classes or activities. 

--Rockingham County will dismiss students early: Elementary and Score School at 10:00 AM, Early College at 10:15, and Middle and High School at 10:45.

--Stokes County Schools closing today at 8:45 AM.

--UNC-Greensboro closing today at 3:30 p.m.

--UNC School of the Arts closing today at 5:00 p.mm, no evening classes or activities. The campus will re-open at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday. 

--Wake Forest University Reynolda Campus closing today at 3:00 p.m.

--Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools will be dismissing students two hours early today.

-- Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Board of Education meeting tonight rescheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. 

-- Winston-Salem State University closing today at 3:30 p.m., no evening classes or activities.
