The manhunt for Ethan Couch, the “affluenza teen,” has ended as he was apprehended in Mexico with his mother on Monday. Couch made headlines across the country two years ago when he avoided jail time for a drunk driving incident that caused four deaths by blaming his family’s affluence for his irresponsibility.

He and his mother disappeared earlier this month after a video appeared that might have shown him violating his parole.

Here & Now’s Robin Young discusses the situation with Stephen Young, a reporter from the Dallas Observer.
