Bob Boilen Talks 'Your Song Changed My Life' On World Cafe

Bob Boilen is the man behind NPR's All Songs Considered and the Tiny Desk concert series, which takes place at his desk. Needless to say, he's always in search of new music; last year alone, he saw more than 400 bands live.

Boilen recently wrote a book, Your Song Changed My Life, in which he asked a wide variety of musicians to tell a story of the song that made a difference in their lives. The results are sometimes surprising, and the stories are always interesting.
