Crime Rates Rising In Some Cities In 2015

Violent crime rates appear to be rising in certain American cities this year, including Los Angeles.

Nicholas Corsaro, assistant professor of criminal justice at the University of Cincinnati, explains to Here & Now‘s Jeremy Hobson why it’s too early to tell what that means for national crime rates in 2015.
