The deadline is drawing near for negotiators to come to an agreement on a new climate change accord. Among the sticking points that remain are how much funding industrialized nations are willing to commit to help vulnerable developing nations adapt to the effects of climate change, and whether countries will agree to change the target of allowable temperature rise from 2 degrees Celsius to 1.5 degrees Celsius. NPR science correspondent Chris Joyce joins Here & Now’s Eric Westervelt with details.
