Lorena Guillen is an award-winning, classically trained singer who seeks to share her love for tango music through her performances with the Lorena Guillen Tango Ensemble. She has been featured on several albums and written scholarly articles on her craft. Ms Guillen currently teaches music at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
