When you think of young people in the workplace, you probably think first of “Millennials.” But people in the age group behind them — what demographers call “Generation Z” — are nipping at their heels.
The youngest are in grade school. The oldest have just started college. There are some 60 million of them in the country, and as they make their first foray into the workplace, they are turning to their smartphones for help.
