Secretary of State John Kerry visited Brussels Friday and said that the Islamic State is attacking Europe because its base in the Middle East is crumbling. Meanwhile, the investigation into Tuesday's attacks moved forward, as Belgian newspapers published the name of a fifth suspect, and victims’ identities began to be known.
