Harlem Globetrotter Meadowlark Lemon, known for his wild ball-handling and famed half-court hookshots, died yesterday at the age of 83. He was dubbed the “Clown Prince” of Globetrotter basketball and played with the team for 25 years, or almost 10,000 games.

Hallie Bryant shared the court with Lemon for two decades. He speaks with Here & Now’s Meghna Chakrabarti about Lemon’s legacy.
