Michigan Governor To Call For Flint Water Crisis 'Action Plan'

Michigan Governor Rick Snyder is expected to spend most of his State of the State speech tonight addressing the water crisis in Flint, after the governor’s emergency manager switched the city last year to a polluted water supply in order to save money.

Snyder is expected to call for continued funding for water filters, as well as extended treatment for children who have high levels of lead in their blood. Protesters demanding Snyder’s resignation are expected to be at tonight’s event.
