Nevada regulators have decided that daily fantasy sports companies like DraftKings and FanDuel are gambling operations and cannot operate legally in the state without a gambling license.
This is another blow in the ongoing controversy over a growing fantasy sports betting industry that’s seen some employees make a lot of money – allegedly with insider information.
