New European Counter Terrorism Effort Didn't Prevent Brussels Attacks

After the terror attacks in Paris last November, European nations formed a new intelligence organization to make it easier for countries to share information with each other.

But the Brussels attacks yesterday are highlighting just how challenging it is for nations to share intelligence with each other.

Politico Europe reporter Giulia Paravicini tells Here & Now’s Meghna Chakrabarti that many countries are still guarding their own intelligence information.
