Russian President Vladimir Putin made his annual television call-in show appearance today, taking questions from viewers on a wide range of subjects, including the economy and the poor state of the roads in Russia. Here & Now’s Robin Young speaks with the BBC’s Olga Ivshina in Moscow and Edward Lucas, a senior editor at The Economist, about what the Russian leader told his people.
