The Brazilian Senate will vote tonight on whether to put President Dilma Rousseff on trial for breaking budget rules. As NPR's Lourdes Garcia-Navarro explains to Here & Now’s Meghna Chakrabarti, only 41 of the 81 senators need to be in favor of a trial for Rousseff for her to be removed from office.
