Small Vermont Town Deals With Big Heroin Problem

A series of overdoses, including the death of a man in a convenience store restroom, quickly brought attention to the small town of Randolph, Vermont, and its heroin problem. Now a recently formed group of citizens is grappling with what to do about it. Steve Zind from Here & Now contributor Vermont Public Radio reports on efforts in Randolph to confront the heroin problem.
