NC Writers' Network Hosts Spring Conference in Greensboro

The North Carolina Writers' Network was established in 1985, and since then it has become one of the largest writers' organizations in the country.

With just under 1,200 members, the Network provides resources and opportunities to engage with the state's literary community for writers of all levels, working within every genre.

The Network's Spring Conference is this Saturday, April 18th. The Conference will be held in the MHRA building on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and will provide workshops in poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction as well as publisher exhibits, an open mic session, and more. On-site registration begins at 8:00am.

Ed Southern is the Executive Director of North Carolina Writers' Network. He is the author of three books: Voices of the American Revolution in the Carolinas, The Jamestown Adventure, and Parlous Angels.
