Winston-Salem Festival Ballet Presents "The Tales of Beatrix Potter"

Winston-Salem Festival Ballet presents The Tales of Beatrix Potter.

Founder choreographer Gary Taylor's production will feature the animals found in Potter's imaginative children's books like The Tale of Peter Rabbit, original masks and costumes designed for the show and veteran Broadway actress and UNC School of the Arts Faculty Emeritus Lesley Hunt. Lesley plays Helen, Beatrix Potter's friendly neighbor who shares interesting stories about the fascinating author and her work. 

The Tales of Beatrix Potter, an original, kid-friendly, one-hour ballet with narration by Lesley, and  meet and greet opportunities for children and the animal characters is Saturday, March 28 at 11 and 2 and Sunday at 2PM in Hanesbrands Theatre in Winston-Salem.
