More than two dozen people are dead and more than 300 wounded in a Taliban attack in the Afghan capital Tuesday. An attacker detonated a car bomb and gunmen stormed the area. Here & Now’s Jeremy Hobson talks with BBC correspondent Harun Najafizadeh in Kabul whether this is the start of an especially violent spring fighting season.
