Triad Holiday Celebration, Dark Prophet Tongueless Monk, And Authoring Action

It's the last day to submit to Triad Arts Holiday Celebration! This annual tradition features the musicians, authors, and actors of the Triad sharing the sounds of the season with WFDD listeners. Send an mp3 of your holiday musical performance, short story, or poem to Triadarts@wfu.edu by midnight tonight and listen on Christmas Day to Triad Holiday Celebration at 1pm.

Dark Prophet Tongueless Monk and 1970s Film Stock are playing live at The Garage this Friday, December 18th. 1970s Film Stock quietly released an album called Hand Painted. Come celebrate! The show begins at 9pm.

Authoring Action is hosting "Revelry and Reflections on Love, Life, and Concerning the World." Hear a small collective of spoken word poetry artists and musicians share pieces that explore global terror attacks, romantic love, relationships, and more. The event takes place Tuesday, December 22nd at 6:30pm at Coffee Park at the Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts.
