The latest U.S. jobs report is now out, showing that employers in the country added 242,000 workers in the month of February. The unemployment rate remained steady at 4.9 percent, the same as January's rate. Here & Now’s Peter O'Dowd speaks with Mike Regan, a columnist at Bloomberg Gadfly, about what the numbers mean.
