Corporations in the U.S. spend billions of dollars each year on finding and recruiting staff. According to the research firm Bersin by Deloitte, it costs companies an average of $4,000 to fill an open position. Here & Now’s Jeremy Hobson speaks with Derek Thompson, senior editor of The Atlantic, about the tactics companies are using to recruit and how those techniques are working.
