The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, better known as Prince William and Kate Middleton, have spent the past two days in Bhutan, the tiny mountainous nation wedged between India and Nepal. Bhutan prides itself on its happy Buddhist culture, but its record on human rights clashes with that image.
