Vindman accuses Donald Trump Jr., Rudy Guiliani and others of conspiring to intimidate and then punish him for testifying in the former president's 2019 impeachment case.

Sen. Tammy Duckworth, D-Ill., had demanded proof that Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, who retired last week, was included on a list of more than 1,000 officers submitted to the White House for promotion.

Vindman is retiring "after it has been made clear that his future within the institution he has dutifully served will forever be limited," his lawyer said Wednesday.
