Indonesia paroles the bombmaker in Bali's deadly 2002 attacks

An Islamic militant convicted of making the explosives used in the bombings that killed over 200 people was paroled after serving about half of his original 20-year prison sentence.

With official charges submitted against three men accused in bombings in Indonesia in 2002 and 2003, the U.S. must arraign the prisoners before a military commission at a U.S. base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
