Lainey Wilson won album of the year for Bell Bottom Country and Chris Stapleton was named entertainer of the year at the Academy of Country Music Awards.

Singer-songwriter Dolly Parton is the latest celebrity to receive a $100 million gift from Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, to be used for charitable purposes. Parton is seen here at the recent Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony in Los Angeles.

The singer and entrepreneur famously has used her success to help others, especially in areas of education. The gift matches two by Bezos last year to chef Jose Andrés and activist Van Jones.
