Greensboro Urban Loop

State and local leaders gathered Monday for a ceremony marking the opening of the final segment of Greensboro’s Urban Loop project.

The final section of the Greensboro Urban Loop is set to open Monday. The new section runs between North Elm Street and U.S. 29.
