Police said they arrested three Indian nationals in the slaying of Hardeep Singh Nijjar last June that became the center of a diplomatic spat with India.

Canada expelled a top Indian diplomat as it investigates the murder of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a strong supporter of an independent Sikh homeland known as Khalistan, in British Columbia.
