President Trump is threatening the European Union with steep tariffs. The EU's foreign policy chief said leaders there wonder what they've done to warrant such treatment.

Prime Minister Kaja Kallas has led the former Soviet republic since 2021. She's an outspoken critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin, and a vocal supporter of Ukraine.
