The Chief Mouser of No. 10, the London residence and home office of Britain's prime minister, began his lengthy term in February 2011.

The 15-year-old tabby is the Chief Mouser of No. 10 Downing Street, where Britain's prime ministers both work and reside. Larry has been in the post since David Cameron ran the government.

A video of Larry waiting for a human to do his bidding, as he sits on the doorstep of No. 10 Downing Street has gone viral.

Everyone's favorite British civil servant was observed limping on Wednesday. Some political observers suspect rival Palmerston, the Foreign Office cat, is responsible for the prime mouser's wounds.
