Jury selection was in its third day in the felony invasion of privacy case against Eric Greitens when the trial was halted. But officials said they will pursue the case using a special prosecutor.

Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens is seen earlier this month discussing a 2015 extramarital affair. He faces a felony charge of invasion of privacy related to the affair and another of computer tampering.
