Officer Michael Horan was killed in the line of duty at a Food Lion on Lawndale Drive around 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 23. Tarell Isaac McMillian, 34, of Greensboro, has been charged with first-degree murder.

Body camera footage shows two officers firing about 20 shots at Stephon Clark, then waiting five minutes without giving aid. The officers had responded to a 911 call of a man breaking car windows.
