Two cylinders dropped on the rebel-held Syrian city of Saraqeb — sending nearly a dozen people to seek medical help for nausea and other symptoms — had contained chlorine, the OPCW says.

Investigators finished gathering samples from the town where a suspected chemical weapons attack occurred. The team suffered a few delays and Russia "may have tampered" with the site.

Syrian state media said Tuesday that international inspectors had entered the site of a suspected chemical weapons attack. But the chemical weapons watchdog group OPCW now says that's not true.

The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons said a team of nine inspectors arrived in Damascus on Saturday but hasn't been allowed to go to the site of the alleged chemical attack.
