Hundreds of crew members from the USS Theodore Roosevelt are being quarantined at hotels in the U.S. territory. Some residents say that's putting them at risk.

With more than 100 sailors reportedly infected, the commander of the USS Theodore Roosevelt aircraft carrier says the shipboard outbreak will keep spreading unless his 4,000+ crew is quarantined.

At least 15 "mishaps" have resulted in injuries or damage, the Navy says. The new policy bans the devices on ships, submarines, aircraft, boats, craft and heavy equipment.
