New York Judge Juan Merchan on Thursday denied the attempt to toss out the trial following two days of testimony from adult film star Stormy Daniels.

Stephanie Clifford, also known as Stormy Daniels, has spent the last several years in legal battles with former President Trump. She has taken the stand to testify against him in a criminal trial.

The officers include a police commander, a lieutenant, a sergeant and two of the officers who arrested Stephanie Clifford — better known as Stormy Daniels — last summer in Columbus.
